Provides supervision of Records staff involved in the receipt, storage, proper retention and retrieval of confidential records from all offices.
Assists in managing and developing direct reports to maximize productivity and efficiency of the department. including; directing job assignments, monitor and assess priorities, monitoring staff performance, training, coaching and discipline. Assures compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, organizational mission, values, and policies. Monitors and reviews production volume and quality standards. Actively participates and makes procedural recommendations for the workflow processes throughout the department and company. Serves as backup administrator for records applications (corporate repositories, COLD and check 21 applications). Demonstrated ability to represent the department as a subject matter expert for the company’s records management systems and retention schedule. Order maintenance work and special supplies for equipment and systems within the facility as needed.
•High school diploma/GED. College Degree, preferred.
•Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
•Minimum 1 year previous experience in supervisory or leadership role, preferred. Possess verbal and written communication skills.
•Possess organizational and time management skills.
•Ability to interpret and enforce policy and procedure.
•Knowledge of record retention and Banking regulations.
•Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel utilizing pivot tables, formulas, and spreadsheet links,
