Practice Management Operations Manager

Position Summary: Plans, organizes and directs the activities of one or more physician group practices or clinics on behalf of the Physician Practice Management department. Under direction of the Director of Physician Practice Management, is responsible for day to day operations of assigned clinics/departments. Those functions may include patient registration, patient billing, insurance follow-up, collection/disposition of patient accounts and management of staff within assigned physician practices. Ensures that appropriate procedures are in place and followed to safeguard the privacy, security, and confidentiality of protected health information, and SRHC's Compliance Program and Code of Ethical Conduct. Responsible for availability of items (supplies, services, etc.) needed to effectively operate the assigned departments within established protocols and SRHC guidelines.

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Nursing, Business Management, Health Administration or Accounting preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of required college courses toward a Bachelors Degree in Business Management , Health Administration, Accounting, or related field.

Minimum Education: 

  • 2-5 years experience in a healthcare office setting or support department
  • Working knowledge of daily clinic operations preferred.
  • 3-5 years manage experience preferred

Registration/License/Certification: KS Registered Nurse preferred

Full Time Primarily Monday thru Friday Days; 24/7 Responsibility

Physician Practice Operations Lead

Director, Radiology

Position Summary: Manages the daily administrative and operational needs of the radiology department; establish policies, standards, and objectives for the provision of radiologic services; evaluates performance and maintains quality assurance. Coordinates with other departments to provide maximum level of services to patients. Assist in all patient care needs and services within the department as needed.

Position Qualifications: Minimum Education: Graduate from an AMA/JCERT approved School of Radiologic Technology. Minimum Experience: Three years’ experience as a staff technologist. Supervisory or management experience preferred. Required Registration/License/Certification: Graduate from an AMA/JCERT approved School of Radiologic Technology. ARRT Registry in Radiology. Licensed as a Radiologic Technologist by the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts.

Full Time Day Shift            Non-exempt; Primarily Days M-F; evening/weekend on-call
